On behalf of the community, monks and friends of Clear Creek Abbey, I wish
to convey my sincerest thanks to Chefs-on-the-Run for the outstanding role
they played in our event here last Saturday. Your flair in our crowded
quarters was absolutely remarkable : a monastic kitchen come of age!
Notwithstanding, is it enough to say : well done...merely? Ever since
Christ served His five thousand upon a lawn above the Sea of Galilee, the
caterer's trade bears the nimbus of His personal esteem. Henceforth, let it
be understood that April 10, 2010, is only a dress rehearsal we are not
satisfied with once : there will be repetitions, there MUST be...until the
Final Event, on the far side of the creek. So standby...and keep your white
napkins!

"I recently attended my sister's wedding. The service was wonderful and full of love. I truly enjoyed it. The second best thing about the wedding was the catered dinner. My sister chose rosemary seared pork loin, garlic mashed potatoes, garden fresh salad, and stuffed strawberries. These dishes were expertly prepared. The pork was divine , the potatoes were the best I've had, whipped with cream, butter, and garlic, the salad was light and crisp accompanied by a home made ranch dressing. But the creme de la creme was the large, sweet strawberry stuffed with cream cheese, sugar, and Grand Marnier. The presentation of the dinner was lovely and the service was outstanding.
I would recommend this caterer without hesitation.
